1. Introduction. These Terms and Conditions apply to all services and training courses provided by Team Safety Ltd . By booking a course or engaging our services, you (the "Client", "Customer", or "Delegate") agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Bookings and Confirmation:

Booking Process. Bookings can be made via our website, email, or telephone. A booking is only confirmed once you receive a written confirmation (email) from us or an invoice is raised.

Availability. All course places are subject to availability. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.

3. Payment Terms:

Individuals (B2C). Payment is required in full at the time of booking to secure your place.

Business Clients (B2B). Invoices must be paid within 30 days of the invoice date or prior to the course start date, whichever is sooner.

Late Payment. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue amounts in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998. Certificates will not be issued until full payment is received.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy:

A. For Business Clients (B2B). Cancellation by You. If you need to cancel a course booking, you must notify us in writing (email). The following charges apply:

More than 21 days before course start. Full refund (or free transfer to another date).

14-21 days before course start. 50% of the course fee is payable.

Less than 14 days before course start. 100% of the course fee is payable (no refund).

Substitute Delegates. You may substitute a delegate at any time before the course starts at no extra cost, provided the new delegate meets the course prerequisites.

B. For Individual Consumers (B2C). Statutory Right to Cancel. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a right to cancel your booking within 14 days of payment (the "Cooling-off Period") and receive a full refund.

Exception: If the course starts within this 14-day period and you attend, you waive your right to a full refund for the portion of the service already delivered.

Cancellations after 14 days. Standard cancellation terms (as per Section 4A) will apply after the statutory cooling-off period ends.

C. Cancellation by Team Safety Ltd

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a course due to low enrolment, trainer illness, or unforeseen circumstances.

In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or a transfer to a future date. We are not liable for any incidental costs you may incur (e.g., travel or accommodation).

5. Course Content and Conduct:

Prerequisites. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure delegates meet any prerequisites (e.g., physical ability for practical safety tasks, English language proficiency).

Behaviour. We reserve the right to remove any delegate who disrupts the training or behaves inappropriately. No refund will be given in this instance.

Certification. Certificates are awarded only upon successful completion of the course and full payment of fees.

6. Liability:

Personal Injury. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

Business Loss. Team Safety Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of business opportunity arising from the course or advice given.

Advice. While our training relies on current best practices and legislation, it does not constitute legal advice.

7. Data Protection. We process personal data in accordance with our [Privacy Policy]. We may share delegate names with accreditation bodies (e.g., IOSH) strictly for certification purposes.

8. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
